Availability of Arbitration Facility at Stock Exchange – For Awareness of Investors

For Attention of Shareholders Holding Shares in Physical Mode

SEBI vide its Letter No. SEBI/HO/OIAE/2023/03394 dated January 27, 2023, has instructed the Companies / RTA to send the mobile SMS / email to Investors (physical folio holders) for generating the awareness about Availability of Arbitration Facility at Stock Exchanges.

In compliance of above direction, Company has sent the e-mail to all such shareholders (holding shares in physical folios), whose e-mail is available with the Company.

As an extra initiative to spread the cited investor protection message through digital mode, the information is being displayed on Company’s website for attention of Shareholder (Physical Folio Holders). Kindly take note the following information:

“If you have any dispute against a listed company and or its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) on delay or default in processing your request, as per SEBI circular dated 30.05.2022, you can file for arbitration with Stock Exchange.
